Quality Manager * Business Segment (Kassel Hybrid, DE)

Your contribution to the big picture

• You work in an interface function between the global quality management and the business segment and are the contact person for both areas
• You work in a cross-functional team in the segment and are responsible for representing and ensuring the content, standards and processes of quality management
• You always have the customer in mind and initiate measures to increase customer satisfaction
• You are responsible for ensuring quality objectives with a focus on the segment-specific solution level
• You use statistical methods to analyze quality data and prepare decision papers to initiate and implement changes
• You will work closely with customers and customer project managers in customer projects., keeping an eye on the quality scope and quality requirements

Your skills are needed

• You have a university degree in a technical field or a comparable qualification such as training as a quality manager. Additional knowledge of business administration is an advantage
• You have many years of experience in quality management, customer management and requirements management
• You can confidently apply the common quality methods to the necessary business cases
• You always take a holistic view of the issues and convince with your structured, quality-oriented and analytical approach
• You appreciate working in a team and with different (also international) stakeholders and use your powers of persuasion and intercultural competence to advance your topics
• You are comfortable in written and verbal communication in both English and German
