Marketing Trainee (Sant Cugat del Vallès, ES)

We are looking for a trainee in our Marketing department in Sant Cugat (Barcelona) to support the Marketing Manager in SMA Ibérica Tecnología Solar. As part of the Marketing team, you will be actively part of the day-to-day marketing and communication activities taking part in the decision-making process. The position brings a very good approach to photovoltaic segment in a very international and dynamic working environment.

At the office of SMA Ibérica Tecnología Solar SLU (Sant Cugat) we develop marketing and communication activities for Spain and Portugal markets, and we give support to our Sales and Service teams.

Your responsibilities

• Review and adaptation of press release, social media content, as well as web and blog articles.
• Plan and develop the global monthly newsletter
• Communication to clients on campaign launch and product release
• Define the contents for the monthly social media editorial calendar in coordination with creative agency
• Coordination of webinars and online training with distributors and photovoltaic associations
• Adapt SEO content guidelines to local market in coordination with SEO agency
• Quarterly review of distributors marketing actions to strengthen customer’s loyalty program
• Audience segmentation and leads database update
• Participate on corporate event preparation

Requirements

• Marketing or similar degrees in communication or public relations. Advanced English level both written and spoken.
• Domain / use of the Office package
• Experience in the use of email marketing software, such as Pardot. Knowledge in SAP and Salesforce
• Proactive approach and willing to contribute with own vision among the tasks involved. High written skills and attention to detail
• Good level of interrelation, communication and teamwork
