Your responsibilities:

Do you love to have a lot of freedom in a small team and to have a say in the entire range from project work to support around SAP processes for the PP/IBP modules? Then you've come to the right place - apply and become part of our team as soon as possible as a (Junior) Business Process Manager (all gender) SAP PP/IBP for our Business Unit (BU) Corn & Sunflower within KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA. You will be part of our Business Process Management department and will be responsible for the support and further development of SAP process activities for the Corn Europe business unit. The main place of work is in Einbeck (Lower Saxony, Germany), and this exciting and varied position is also available on a permanent and full-time basis.

Your tasks - challenge meets responsibility:

• Conceptualization, planning, implementation, and control of SAP business processes in the Business Unit (BU) Corn Europe
• Leading SAP projects within the BU, e.g., S4 Hana implementation, introduction of IBP
• SAP Process Owner - especially for the PP/IBP modules in SAP R/3 and S/4
• Continuous gap analysis to determine the need for system adjustments, extensions, and training
• Preparation and execution of training for end users or regional key users
• Further development of the Regional Key User concept within the Business Unit
• Coordination and driving of cross-functional SAP process topics within the KWS organization
• Organization, coordination, and partial execution of user support in sales and logistics in operational and project environments

Your profile:

• Completed degree (B.A or M.Sc) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics with an IT background, or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of SAP, especially in the PP/IBP modules and SAP process modeling - some professional experience in the above-mentioned or related areas would be desirable
• High willingness to learn and enthusiasm for new, complex topics in the context of SAP R/3 and S/4
• Rresponsibility and ownership regarding the projects and topics being worked on
• Project management skills across regional and cultural boundaries - ideally experience working in complex structures and in an international context
• Very good English skills (both written and spoken) are required; German is an advantage
